Miami, FL — September 17th 2026 — AiR by Lexvor, Inc. ("AiR"), developer of an AI-native telecommunications platform, today announced the next phase of its partnership with Optiva Canada Inc. ("Optiva"), part of Qvantel, a global leader in AI-driven business support systems and telecom monetization. AiR runs on Optiva's infrastructure today. With an agreement executed between the two companies, they now move toward making the AiR platform available through Optiva's operator customers worldwide.
That customer base is substantial. Optiva's and Qvantel's operator customers together serve more than 100 million subscribers in more than 40 countries, spanning North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific — from Tier 1 national carriers to newly launched MVNO brands.
The two companies are not starting from scratch. Because AiR already runs on Optiva's infrastructure, much of the technical integration that normally represents the hardest part of a carrier distribution arrangement is already in place. What the agreement would enable is distribution of a kind that would ordinarily take a consumer technology a decade to assemble, market by market and carrier by carrier.
AiR turns a mobile number into an intelligent endpoint. Rather than downloading software, a subscriber gets an AI-enabled phone number capable of natural messaging and voice interaction, delivered by the network itself — and the operator gets a standardized new layer of average revenue per user built into the plan.
"A phone number is the most universal identifier in consumer technology, and for fifty years it has been a dumb one," said Mychal Riley, Chief Executive Officer of AiR. "We are making it intelligent. Building on infrastructure we already run on means that capability does not have to be downloaded, discovered or explained — it can arrive with the plan. That is how a technology stops being a product and becomes infrastructure."
The agreement would establish a three-tier service structure built for global scale — a base AI number layer, a premium AI+ tier and an advanced high-volume tier — across a territory covering Canada, Mexico, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
